A fun way to add in tens

Ellie, Elsie , Tara, Amelia and Mackenzie made this big tens track this morning and found out how clever a zero can be! We found out that 9 groups of 10 is 90 and even that 20 groups of 10 is 200! What big maths!

    Tom worked out that 10 groups of 10 are 100 and 11 groups of 10 are 110. Then he added them together and made 210.
